Can I purcahse a kit one drum at a time if I can't afford the complete kit?
At this time, we're not selling individual drums except for snares. We are just trying to avoid any pricing conflicts with past or future customers, parts availability and color matching.

If I buy from you can I order add-on toms at a later date?
Yes, we will help by offering add-on toms to those of you who have bought from us in order to help you expand your kit into what you really want. While that may sound contradictory to rquestion #4, we're willing to help in that regard.

What payment plans do you have?
We accept all four major credit cards, money orders, and even personal checks. Minors (under 18) must have their parents call with their credit card information. Paypal is the easiest to use. We require 1/2 down to begin any project, with the balance and shipping due before we release the kits. Sales tax is due .

Why are some parts marked "standard" and others are marked "optional" on your hardware page?
Our kits and snares have been cost factored using our "standard" parts. Those seem to be some of the most popular/common available. The parts marked "Optional" cost us more than the standard, therefore we must ask more for them.

What about shipping?
Our kits will ship out UPS ground in almost every case,,,we'll look for the best deal if shipping International...and our snares may go out U.S. Postal Service if it will save you money. Shipping costs are seperate from our posted kit/snare costs. We will get you a firm overseas or Continental U.S. rate if you write us with your shipping/mailing address...at least the city, state, and zip code.

What if I want a color, wrap, or veneer not shown on your site?
Simply write us with your request, or send photos of other finishes you would like and we'll let you know if we have access to that. We can get over 100 veneers, 50 different wraps, and we can mix colors if you have something unique in mind. Don't hesitate to ask.

How long will it take to build my kit or snare?
Depending on the size of the kit, most 5-7 piece kits usually take about 4-6 weeks or less to complete, the exception being if any optional parts may hold up production. Snare drums are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on parts required.

Can I order my preference of drum heads?
We ship all of our kits with Attack double ply clear or coated heads and have Evans and Aquarian bass drum heads available for a slight upcharge.
